1. How do I return an item?
To return an item, please contact us via email at drugx.sales01@outlook.com, and our team will guide you through the return process. We will provide instructions on how to return the product(s) to our warehouse. Items must be returned at your expense within 10 days of delivery, in their original condition, and should include a copy of your invoice or delivery note. Once we receive and process your return, you will receive confirmation of your refund or credit via email.
2. How do I report a damaged item?
Contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item. You can contact us at drugx.sales01@outlook.com. In some cases, we may request a photo of the damaged item before issuing a replacement or refund.
3. How do I report an incorrect item?
If you receive an incorrect item, let us know immediately by contacing drugx.sales01@outlook.com. Provide the full description of the incorrect item, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
4. How do I report a missing item?
Check your order confirmation to ensure the item was included. If confirmed missing, contact Customer Services within 48 hours. We may request an image of your packaging to assist with the investigation.
5. What if my product is short-dated or expired?
Contact Customer Service with details of the product, and we’ll address the issue promptly.
